How long does shipping take?

• Usually 14 -20 days for all our products unless specified in the description.
  Due to high demand of some of our free & promotional products, please allow 2 -5 weeks for delivery.

When will my order ship?

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 - 6 days of purchase. We do our very best to get the product to you as soon as possible.You should get a tracking number in your email once it ships. We know you are looking forward to your awesome purchase and weare doing the BEST.

How safe is it to order on this website and put my card information into?

• Your card details are secure, payments are processed through PayPal which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant.
• BoostYourPet itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through PayPal is later remitted to ourselves.

Only part of my order arrived, where is the rest of my order?

• Often, when you order multiple items, different distribution channels are being utilized. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. We try and get the product to you as soon as possible as we know you are eager to receive your items... Hence we ship whichever item is ready. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They will surely get to you.

My item arrived damaged what can I do?

• We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at nadavmalki13@gmail.com Email us within 3 days of receiving your product and please include pictures of the damages.
• We will get that taken care of immediately as long as you make us aware ASAP.
